Ministry communications of Turkmenistan is a state organization that participates in the implementation of state policy in the field of communications, space, cyber security, and the digital economy, and also exercises control over it within its competence. Ministry communications of Turkmenistan is guided by its work in following legislative acts: the Constitution of Turkmenistan, laws of Turkmenistan, acts of the President of Turkmenistan, resolutions of the chambers of the National Council of Turkmenistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and other regulatory legal acts.
