Summary of the Purpose of the Contract: | The audit company must provide project financial statements (“PFS”) consisting of (i) the project’s balance sheet at the closing date of the financial year (ii) a statement of receipts and expenditures of funds incurred in connection with the project for the year ending on that date (iii) the statement on reconciliation of the balance of the Project account at the end of the year. The audited PFS, together with the auditor's report, must be submitted to the Islamic Development Bank as soon as they become available, but no later than six months after the end of the financial year. |
