A meeting between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan and the head of the FAO Human Resources Department took place in Rome
At the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Italian Republic, Toila Komekov, and the head of the FAO Human Resources Department, Serge Nakuzi.
The Turkmen Ambassador positively assessed the activities of the Organization and expressed Turkmenistan’s intention to develop effective cooperation with it.
Also, a separate topic for discussion was the issue of internships for representatives of Turkmenistan in various areas of FAO, training qualified personnel in the field of agriculture, climate change, water resources management and combating desertification.
