Applications are now being accepted for participation in the seminar “Improving Financial Literacy”
The USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Development Project, in collaboration with a Turkmen company, is launching a seminar “Improving financial literacy among women and youth.”
The purpose of the event is to transfer skills and knowledge in financial management, financial analysis and budgeting to create additional opportunities for further employment of residents of the Balkan velayat.
The seminar will be held for three days - May 10-12 from 10.00 to 17.00. Preference will be given to girls and women, as well as young people with low incomes and disabilities, especially those who do not have a higher education or permanent job, or those who are seeking to switch to a new profession to provide for themselves and their families.
Selected participants will receive comprehensive training that will provide them with valuable financial literacy skills as well as important soft skills such as interview techniques.
The application deadline is May 5, 2024, by 11:59 p.m.
Participants and participants will be selected on a competitive basis, as the number of places is limited.
