An exhibition of Iranian calligraphy and gilding art opened in Ashgabat
On April 4, the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ashgabat hosted the opening of an exhibition of works of art of calligraphy and gilding by two experts from Iran, Hadi Seyedkhani and Fatemeh Parastandeh Khiya. The exhibition also included copies of the Koran.
The opening ceremony was attended by students of the Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, students of the center, residents of the capital and members of the Union of Artists of the country.
Visitors to the exhibition can get acquainted with the works of Iranian masters and take part in master classes. The exhibition and master classes will last until April 7. Free admission.
