Turkmenistan and Japan are committed to deepening partnership in the field of scientific research
Ambassador Atadurdy Bayramov met with officials of the Japanese University of Tsukuba, including the Vice President and Executive Director for Joint Research Kanaho Yasunori, with whom issues of Turkmen-Japanese scientific cooperation were discussed, the Turkmen diplomatic mission reports.
“During the meeting, the prospects and opportunities for cooperation between Turkmenistan and the University of Tsukuba were discussed. Particular attention was paid to issues of joint research projects on pressing issues of our time. The parties expressed interest in cooperation in the field of scientific research, exchange of experience and knowledge, as well as in organizing joint events and conferences,” follows from the embassy’s message.
The Turkmen side expressed support for the initiatives of the University of Tsukuba, and also noted its readiness to further increase the potential of scientific partnership. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further joint steps to develop cooperation in this direction.
