In order to improve the customer experience, Dubai stores have begun using facial recognition scanners to pay for purchases.

Face Pay, which eliminates the need for cash and bank cards, was launched by Network International in partnership with French retailer Carrefour.

The buyer only needs to smile when approaching the checkout and the system automatically accepts payment by recognizing the client's face. Please note that in order to receive the service, the buyer must be registered on the Carrefour website.

According to the creators of the system, the Face Pay system will make the service at the checkout fast, convenient, and also increase income, protect the business from possible fraud using reliable security protocols.
